1. Periodic cleaning of the sign fascia with IPA and removal of any debris/muck from it. Recommendation will be made as to whether the sign fascia needs replacement.

2. Periodical checkup for any damage on tubes, electrodes, tube supporters and base plates, metal screws, electrical connections and terminations on tubes and transformers.

3. Repair and maintenance of signboards at the installed location. The signages are inspected and checked periodically. All replacement/parts will be billed for and will not be included in the AMC.

4. Any maintenance or breakdown shall be rectified immediately and the report in triplicate will be submitted to the site engineer in writing.

5. All AMC reports will be available to the client through our portal and will be included in the AMC contract.

6. The typical period of the AMC will be eleven months.

7. This service will be available for signages manufactured by IO Sign International Pvt. Ltd. alone and is an exclusive service to our customers.

8. Renewal of the AMC Contract will be subject to both parties agreeing to the terms and conditions of the contract.

9. IO-Sign International Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable or responsible for any damage or liability like short circuit, fire, etc arising from the signage/items under AMC.

10. AMC will be confined to all aspects of the signage and electrical associated with the signage. This will exclude all power distribution, switchgear and protection devices. IO-Sign International Pvt. Ltd. at no point of time will be responsible in whatsoever way for the malfunction of these devices.

11. This service will initially be available to the four Southern states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala, and will be available to the rest of India by the end of March, 2010.
