History​

I-O Sign International Private Limited is an integrated Composite & Signage solutions company, specializing in the design and manufacture of signages, wayfinding solutions and signage manuals and the manufacturing of a wide range of composite products.

 

Incorporated in 2009, we are now poised for growing business at a rapid pace and expanding our presence in India across various market segments.

Today, the Corporate office and FRP unit is housed in a facility spread over 30,000 sq. ft in Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore (3 km from Electronic City) and the Signage unit is housed in a facility spread over 130,0000 sq.ft in Harohalli Industrial Area, Bangalore.

Earlier in 2020, the capabilities and capacities of ICP(India) Pvt. Ltd. in the Signages and the Composites business were merged with I-O Sign with an intention to leverage opportunities within both the organizations.

About ICP (India) Pvt. Ltd.

Founded in 1984 by a team of engineers from MICO-Bosch & National Aerospace Laboratories, ICP (India) Pvt. Ltd. is one of the pioneers in field of composites & Signages in India.

 

Lead by its Managing Director, K Chandrasekariah, also the Founder President – KAFI (Karnataka Association of FRP Industries), the company was involved in manufacturing various composite products using Glass, Kevlar and Carbon Fiber for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications ranging from Aerospace, Construction, Chemical, Electrical, Electronic & Transportation industries.
